Having worked in the corporate sector, our qualified Yoga instructors are familiar with the affects these lifestyles can have and is why they are passionate about enabling others to transform their experiences of this lifestyle.

Options 

We know the value of flexibility (pun intended) and so all our workshops can be run in a workplace setting at your premises as well as remotely, or a mix so that the sessions are accessible to all. (No material or equipment is required).

Both of our ‘off the shelf’ offerings can be divided into several shorter sessions over more days. Interested in a bespoke program? The content and focus we offer can be tailored to each client.

Half day Yoga for Stress Management Workshop

Even the word “stress” can seem stressful. It’s something we cannot ignore, and we don’t have to. What if we could simply change our experience of stress by altering how we see it? We’ve created this interactive half day workshop to give you the toolkit and know how to do just that.

We explore the body’s natural response to stress and introduce techniques that can be easily implemented at home/ in the office/ at your desk to manage the physical and mental impacts of stress. We will experiment with observing our minds and learn about the power of the breath in improving health.
